winrm Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the winrm platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set out below. These terms apply to all users accessing the platform from Malaysia.

1 Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the winrm platform via winrm.im or its associated mobile app, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and winrm as the platform operator. They cover all services offered, including Sports Betting, online casino games, Baccarat, and any other services made available from time to time.
Continued use of this platform after any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. winrm reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time with appropriate notice to users.
2 Account Registration, Eligibility & Security
Eligibility Requirements
To register an account on winrm, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This platform does not permit registration or use by individuals under 18. winrm reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of belonging to underage individuals pending verification.
Account Information
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts involved.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. winrm will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login information secure.
3 User Responsibilities & Platform Prohibitions
Permitted Use
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
- Placing bets and playing games within the set limits
- Updating account information when changes occur
- Contacting customer support for legitimate assistance
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Unauthorised transfer of funds between different user accounts
- Engaging in fraud, misappropriation, or money laundering activities
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the stated terms and conditions
Winrm reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms. Violations may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and balance freeze pending further investigation. Users found to be engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4 Payments, Transactions & Currency
Official Currency
All transactions on the winrm platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and personally owned. winrm does not accept third-party payments unless expressly permitted.
Deposit & Withdrawal Methods
The platform accepts deposits via Malaysian local internet banking (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other payment methods listed on the platform. Processing times vary depending on the method selected. Withdrawals are subject to successful account verification and meeting the minimum requirements stipulated.
Refund Policy
Successfully processed deposits are final unless a technical error is acknowledged by winrm. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date. winrm will investigate the dispute and issue a decision based on available system records.
5 Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limit
Winrm shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond the platform's control. winrm's total liability, if any, is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the winrm platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to winrm. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The winrm platform may contain links or references to third-party services. winrm is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
Winrm reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if: (a) the user violates any terms in this document; (b) account activity is found to be suspicious or fraudulent; (c) the user provided false information during registration; or (d) a request is received from a legitimate legal authority.
For account closures requested by the user, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all investigations are complete and minimum conditions are met. A closed account may not be re-registered without winrm's prior approval.
6 Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Amendment of Terms
Winrm reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notices or registered email. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the winrm platform shall be resolved through mutual discussion between both parties before any legal action is taken.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions still in force.
